在一带一路倡议深入推进的背景下，我院两名IMBA尼泊尔籍毕业生——阿什娜·夏尔马·普德尔（Ashna Sharma Poudel）与普拉提克·萨卡尔（Pratik Sarkar），凭借在校期间锻造的跨文化实践能力，正在成为连接中国与南亚的重要纽带。近日，萨卡尔·普拉提克正式出任尼泊尔国家馆（杭州）秘书长，夏尔马·普德尔·阿什娜出任尼泊尔国家馆（杭州）副秘书长，标志着我院国际化人才培养战略再获重要成果。
Under the backdrop of the deepening advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative, two Nepalese graduates of our institute's IMBA program—Ashna Sharma Poudel and Pratik Sarkar—are becoming vital bridges connecting China and South Asia, leveraging the cross-cultural practical skills they honed during their studies. Recently, Pratik Sarkar officially assumed the role of General Secretary of the Nepal National Pavilion (Hangzhou), while Ashna Sharma Poudel was appointed Vice Secretary, marking another significant achievement in our institute's strategy for cultivating international talent.

尼泊尔国家馆（杭州）于2025年4月13日在杭州拱墅区正式开馆，作为尼泊尔中央政府批准在中国的唯一“国家馆”品牌，不仅是展示尼泊尔壮美山河、璀璨传统与深邃灵性的窗口，更是深化两国人民对话合作的重要纽带。
The Nepal National Pavilion (Hangzhou) officially opened on April 13, 2025, in the Gongshu District of Hangzhou. As the only National Pavilion brand in China approved by the Nepalese central government, it serves not only as a window to showcase Nepal's stunning landscapes, vibrant traditions, and profound spirituality but also as a crucial bond to deepen dialogue and cooperation between the peoples of the two countries.

副馆长夏尔马·普德尔·阿什娜表示就读IMBA的经历培养了她的国际化视角和领导能力。她衷心希望IMBA的学弟学妹们可以持续探索世界，为国际化和多边商业化贡献自己的力量。未来尼泊尔国家馆将会搭建商学院，将输送更多尼泊尔学生和企业家到中国交流学习，深化两国文化和商业关系。
MBA教育中心主任郑小勇表示：两位毕业生的成就印证了我们在国际化教育和培养发展中国家未来领导者方面的培养模式成功。未来我们将持续深化国际人才培养模式，培育出更多知华友华爱华的国际友人。
Vice Secretary Ashna Sharma Poudel shared that her IMBA experience nurtured her international perspective and leadership skills. She sincerely hopes that current and future IMBA students will continue to explore the world and contribute to internationalization and multilateral commercial collaboration. In the future, the Nepal National Pavilion plans to establish a business school, facilitating more Nepalese students and entrepreneurs to study and exchange in China, thereby strengthening cultural and commercial ties between the two nations.
Zheng Xiaoyong, Director of the MBA Education Center, stated: The accomplishments of these two graduates validate the success of our educational model in internationalized education and cultivating future leaders from developing countries. Moving forward, we will continue to refine our approach to nurturing global talent, fostering more international friends who understand and cherish China.

It’s truly a pleasure to connect with all of you as fellow members of this dynamic and diverse IMBA community. Looking back on my own journey in the IMBA program, I realize just how much this experience shaped my perspective and prepared me for the path I walk today.
The IMBA experience wasn’t just about textbooks and lectures — it was about embracing different cultures, building meaningful relationships, and developing a mindset that sees the world without borders. I’m incredibly grateful for the support I received from our professors, the school, and my amazing classmates from around the world, all of whom made this journey so memorable and rewarding.
Today, I am honored to serve as the Vice Secretary of the Nepal National Pavilion Hangzhou. In this role, our mission is to strengthen the bilateral ties between Nepal and China , two countries rich in history, tradition, and unique cultural values. Through trade, events, collaborations, and exchanges, we work to create opportunities for deeper understanding and mutual growth.
One project I’m especially excited about is the upcoming Nepal National Pavilion Business School which we are planning to launch through the Nepal National Pavilion Hangzhou. This school will become a valuable platform for students and aspiring entrepreneurs from both countries to learn, exchange ideas, and build connections that go beyond business, fostering lasting cultural relationships as well.
To everyone in the IMBA program , embrace every moment, stay open to new experiences, and never stop exploring the world’s opportunities. I truly believe we are the future leaders who will shape global business and bilateral relations in the years to come.
